Terms & Conditions
The Use of All Service(s) Provided at Detail Solutions All Clients Must Agree To The Following:
1. Client agrees to the Service Description, Price and Current Condition (Exterior and Interior) of vehicle or property.
2. Client understands and agrees that Detail Solutions cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants or defects, including, but not limited to upholstery stains, oil stain, cracked concrete, siding stains, chipped or loose paint, etc.
3. Client understands that while Detail Solutions will make every effort to protect serviced property from damage, they may use high pressure water, chemicals, and/or other items that can be destructive to property, plant life, animals, and humans.
4. Client understands that while Detail Solutions is Fully Insured, the client releases Detail Solutions from any liability for any damage or incidental, visible, or otherwise, that occurred before, during, or after services are performed on property.
5. Client understands that services rendered such as pressure washing, chemical spot cleaning, etc, may reveal imperfections in surfaces that were not visible prior to cleaning, heavy build ups of mold and dirt may be hiding other problems such as cracks, oil or rust stains, wood rot, flaking or missing paint, etc. In some circumstances the removal of a stain may not be possible or practical, and replacement of surface or repainting may be
necessary.
6. Client understands that the presence/combination of water and high pressure associated with pressure washing present certain risks which can lead to permanent damage(s) to the structure being cleaned as well as other personal property in, under, on, or around the general area of the structure being cleaned.
7. Client acknowledges and understands that weather conditions are an uncontrolled factor in services rendered. Detail Solutions has every right to decline or reschedule a service if weather conditions may impede the quality of service and/or damage property. Such conditions may be extreme temperatures (freezing, high heat, etc), high winds, precipitation, lightning, etc.
8. Client certifies that they are the legal and/or registered owner of property serviced and has full permission from the parcel owner to have services performed on scheduled location.
9. Client understands that parking their vehicle or equipment on Detail Solutions premises is solely at their own risk. Client is fully aware that Detail Solutions shall not be responsible for any damage to, injury resulting from, or theft of vehicle while parked on Detail Solutions premises, and shall indemnify Detail Solutions against such claims.
10. Client agrees that Detail Solutions shall not be held responsible for any personal belongings left in vehicles or on property.
11. Client understands that the quoted price may not be the final price, however, shall not be changed without consent from the client.
12. Client understands that the serviced property will not be released until full payment has been received by Detail Solutions.
13. Client understands and assumes these risks and waives and releases Detail Solutions from and against any and all claims.
14. INDEMNIFICATION: CLIENT AGREES TO AND SHALL FULLY INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND DEFEND DETAIL SOLUTIONS, ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, SETTLEMENTS, JUDGMENTS, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS) ETC,
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION TO SERVICES PERFORMED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED IN PART OR IN WHOLE BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF DETAIL SOLUTIONS, ITS OWNERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, OR FORCE MAJURE.
15. All Paint Protection Film (PPF) Jobs must return for a 14-30 day inspection, unless otherwise stated. If jobs are not returned, ALL Warranty is voided under Detail Solutions. However, Manufacturers Warranty may still apply.
16. Every PPF Job that is initially installed may contain imperfections such as bubbles, creases, moisture and install lines. Most of these imperfections should disappear over time (4-8 weeks). However, Some may still be present and it is completely normal to our standards.
17. At Detail Solutions, we try to ensure every job is to the highest of workmanship, however, contamination may be present under the film during install. It is almost impossible to install a PPF without contamination unless it is installed within a NASA Grade Vacuum Sealed room. Depending on the severity, a replacement PPF may be issued only under the discretion of Detail Solutions.
18. All Replacements and rectification with PPF are subject to the discretion of Detail Solutions only. Bubbles, contamination and edges lifting do NOT elicitate a replacement to the PPF unless otherwise stated by the discretion of Detail Solutions.
19. Any unjust vilification that may cause damage to Detail Solutions public imagery and reputation will be followed up with a legal Defamation case.
20. If any section of this agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all other sections of this agreement remain in full force and effect.
